-Leadership skills, ability to gather and lead a group of professionals.

Job Description::
-Act as support to Director of Sales and Marketing with daily administrative tasks
-Support in provision of weekly and quarterly reporting of marketing efforts and updates of all marketing activity
-Ensure that the website, branded products, and marketing materials are always up-to-date and relevant
-Communicate across departments to coordinate photoshoots and events.
-Content creation and editing.
-Works with Sales Department to regularly update company marketing materials as it relates to design freshness and accuracy of information.
-Draft press releases as needed and work closely with our Press Relations companies
-Create quarterly newsletter
-Executes marketing and communications campaigns (mailing and social media calendar)
-Tracks marketing and communications expenses to assist in budgeting process.
-Be a resource to field staff by familiarizing yourself with brand product and guideline knowledge.
-Coordinate meetings, conferences, and trade show events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
-Exploring opportunities to add value.
-Assists in coordinating events
-Special projects and event planning as needed (Familiarization Trips / Main Events / Site Inspections)
-Be the strong communicator with the local market and media in the DR including Cap Cana/ Santo Domingo etc. on any events at the property
-Executes Hotel social media strategy on all platforms, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business, etc., and maintains company website.
